Every teacher has their own style which adds a variety to each class. I truly enjoy every teacher and class and never find it boring. I am always challenged and feel like my body is stronger.

Everyone is welcoming. It's my first time practicing yoga in a studio like this and I just started my weight loss journey last year. I'm always self conscious of group exercise because everyone around is a size 0. But the instructors are so encouraging and make you want to keep coming back. The focus gets off the other people and just remains on me.

The instructors are all very good at what they do. I've enjoyed every class I've taken. I like the variety of different classes offered at the studio-- you can get everything you need!
Clean, friendly environment
I love the instructors. I find it so helpful when they help with you specifically which helps better your practice. I think this is a benefit because they want to make sure that you are doing it properly and safely. They encourage the students practice and make you want to come back. Another plus is that the business hours are also accommodating for people who have busy schedules.
