This was my very first class and the instructor was very welcoming, encouraging and helpful. I loved the class itself with fun music and cardio moves I wouldn’t usually be doing.
I was looking for a community and I’ve found that at CorePower. I like that instructors have us introduce ourselves to one another as class begins. I also enjoy that no one class is the same. Each instructor adds their personal touch.

I like that the instructor was very supportive when I asked questions about Hot Fusion yoga. The instructor also went at a reasonable pace where as a visitor I was able to keep up.
