The instructor Carrie was amazing! She was very welcoming and kind!! I was visiting from San Diego and she couldn’t have been more hospitable towards me. The class was full and started a tiny bit late due to so many of us last minute yogis but she immediately got us focused on our practice of yoga. The class was super zen like and a perfect Christmas Eve C2 class! 🎄🎅🏼

I did see someone cleaning the locker facility but it was not in detail the amount of dust that’s in that close lockers and open lockers is more than obvious. The bathrooms and toilets were very dirty you could see they had not been brushed from the inside that day or the day before.

Shower facilities were very clean.

Taking the survey after taking classes at three other locations and I will say that the cleaning as well as locker room is probably not good out of all I’ve seen.

The mirrors in the studio and Yoga are not clean properly. I’m not a picky person but I must say the cleaning this was not there.

However to be fair it was coming off of Thanksgiving week

Took an hpf class from Matthew and I felt great afterwards. Nice studio. Not crowded. Convenient parking.

Teacher Lupita’s Corepower Yoga class was amazing!!

Nice as it begins and it gets a bit harder as you continue. The more you workout with the the better you feel.

The flow was peaceful and easy to follow. I liked that we didn't spend too much time on our hands (i have wrist injuries).

I liked the hot room ! I will say that sometimes the music is too loud that I can’t hear the instructor

Convenient parking. I love the large changing room/ locker area in comparison the the Downtown LA location. Mandy the instructor demo'd all the moves which many instructors don't always do. Very attentive.

I loved it! I really liked my instructor too. The fact that she did the movements with the class is great. I enjoy that. I got a workout and found inner peace all within that hour!

Bradley’s yoga sculpt class with was amazing! He is such a great instructor. I really felt like every muscle in my body was on fire, but in a good way! :)
