My experience with CorePower Yoga was truly transformative. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, creating a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. The classes were challenging yet accessible, helping me improve my strength and flexibility while promoting mindfulness. I also appreciated the variety of class options, allowing me to explore different yoga styles.

Looking ahead, I would welcome more Restore Yoga classes to help balance the intensity of the practice. Additionally, offering more sessions for weight classes without heat would be a great addition. Lastly, while the instructors were generally attentive, I would appreciate more personalized guidance in correcting poses to enhance my practice further. Overall, CorePower Yoga has been a fantastic journey towards physical and mental wellness, and these suggestions would make the experience even more fulfilling.

Beth is the best instructor in the DMV area! And Clarendon has great studios for HPF classes.

I also like the C1.5 heated on Monday evenings but I'm usually not able to make it. Would be great if other times were also available.

I love CorePower!! Especially this studio :) The staff is so friendly and amazing! It truly has been one of my favorite workouts and workout environments ever! I have brought so many friends and gotten them hooked as well :)

Courtney and her Hot Power Fusion classes are seriously the best. She does a great job of working your mind and body; core, legs and mindfulness of movement. Couldn’t recommend more.

This classes and instructions are great, but I like the the studio could improve its cleanliness and smell. When the heat is turned on the ventilation system smells.

After a session, I always feel energized and «recentered ». Namaste

the manager here is amazing. she is always full of positive energy and radiating a smile that is contagious. I absolutely loved all of the classes I attended at this studio, as this speaks volumes for the studio manager -- who creates a environment full of growth and development -- mind and body. thank you so much! makes me want to move to DC!

I had a great first class! The instructor was welcoming and I will be coming back. However, as someone with low blood pressure, heated classes do tend to concern me. I would love to learn more about your non-heated class options.
