The instructors are great. Studio is new and clean. I love it their. For awhile the heat wasn’t fully working for HPF which is the only negative we’ve had.
I had a great experience during Erica’s class. I had to get used to the heat but I eased into it as we did positions and moves I was familiar with. Would do it again! Beginner friendly and challenging enough for newcomers and seasoned practitioners

Alec is one of my favorite instructors! Makes the most of the 75 minutes of class and really pushes us to push ourselves and really build muscle and endurance
