Everything, the classes are very intense… I have never sweat so much in my life. I think it’s a great bang for your buck even though it’s pricey. They also have so many time slots for classes, so it can work with anyone’s schedule. Will definitely be pursuing a membership after the holidays!

Clarendon CorePower studio is a power house with a great vibe. Excellent yoga teachers along with large number of yoga classes on schedule!!

I love coming to CorePower not only for a workout, but for relaxation and peace of mind. Lately I’ve been noticing increased use of cellphones in the studio rooms. There was a girl in front of me recording herself/videoing during class and it made me self conscious as I could see myself in the corner of her video. I would love if the studio could reinforce no cellphones during class.

Great class! A few low priority CPY5 comments: no theme launched. Could use better theming through class. Slow flows had very controlled breath. Inhale to pose. Cue cue cue. Cued exhale. Inhale one last time, exhale to next pose. Done in every slow pose.

Otherwise excellent cues and fantastic flow.

Christina is an excellent instructor who makes the hard work fun. I'll drive to take her class even if there are other sculpts available at closer studios.

Beth at Clarendon is a great instructor. Really great focus, smooth and knowledgeable. She’s top notch. Great instructors are rare and make all the difference. The studio is new/clean and well maintained. It’s a heated class and I like it real hot which it usually is.

My first time and was met by friendly faces and good info as to how to proceed. The class, by Carolyn?, was a great workout, though I’ll be better prepared with a towel for sweat next time😁. I expected to sweat, but not like that😁. Carolyn went around the attendees throughout the class ensuring all heard her and could see how we were doing.
I brought my friend who lives in the area (I am a visitor). She too, was very happy with the class and so I bought her a gift card so she can come back frequently. I was sweaty, but my body felt great!

I always enjoy taking part in Erica’s classes whenever time permits me. She knows her stuff. One of the best teachers in the Yoga community! As always, thank you Erica!!

Erica was an amazing teacher - would absolutely recommend her. She was patient and incorporated mindfulness into the class which I loved.

I have moved to a different studio after moving from Arlington to DC but I will still come to Emma-Kate Swann's classes on Saturdays because she is the best.
