My daughter had a great time learning new skills in Math. She said she enjoyed her sessions and the teachers were great. I wish they offered make up sessions since she missed a few sessions but this was limited since this was at skinner and that was not transferable to other locations.
We've referred others to Mathnasium many times! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and each of our three children, with different needs/abilities, gets the support/stretch they need there.
My son's math and writing/penmanship have improved since we started Mathnasium merely 2 months ago. It is well-worth the cost. I think his social skills have also improved since he is grouped with a small number of kids at a table each session. I've noticed him being less afraid to talk to new friends or go ask a grownup at the library for help. This is truly a wonderful program and the staff are always so positive and encouraging.
We love the Wood dale location, the instructors are great and the location is not so crowded which helps the kids stay focused, also Christine is do helpful.
A little pricey but my daughter is having a great experience and it has boosted her confidence in math.

There were many occasions when our son needed additional help with homework preparation and upcoming math tests, and the team at Mathnasium was always eager and happy to assist him. Their patience, encouragement, and dedication made a tremendous difference in his academic development.

The program is flexible, the staff is great, my son loves his tutors and we are already seeing a difference in his test and state placement scores. He actually looks forward to his sessions 2x/week :)

My daughter, Lilly, was in dire need of math tutoring. Her grades in math for her 2nd grade year were below average. By the end of that same year they were raised to average. The appointment system is easy to use, Sunday hours of the West facility are greatly appreciated as trying to fit in multiple during the week sessions can be challenging. My daughter's confidence in math has grown exponentially since starting in September with Mathnasium. She enjoys math now in ways she never did before.

Mathnasium does a great job with my son who not only has difficulty but an attitude that was working against him. Their team has been able to help him appreciate and sometimes even look forward to math. As he is getting better, he gets excited to show me his progress. They are a 5 star team!!!

I have used Mathnasium to support and strengthen the math skills of both of my children. As an actuary myself, I noticed certain gaps that were not fully addressed in the traditional school setting.
My children attend Mathnasium not out of necessity, but because they benefit from greater focus and structure, particularly when it comes to understanding problem-solving techniques rather than simply memorizing procedures. While each child has different strengths and progresses at their own pace, the individualized approach has helped both of them develop stronger foundational skills in ways that suit their learning styles.
Patrick and Eli are very strict about attendance and maintaining focus, which has made a noticeable difference.
Overall, I am very happy with the results, especially given my family’s busy schedule.
So far with personal tutoring, my kindergartner has made great progress! We are excited to be working with Mathnasium to get her to catch back up to her grade level.
