Mathnasium is an outstanding specialized math learning center. My boys have been going there since they were in elementary school and they are now in high school. The instructors are very knowledgeable and fantastic at what they do. The center is flexible and accommodating with scheduling lesson times. Mathnasium is not only extremely helpful for kids that might be struggling with math, but they are also amazing at providing enrichment learning for kids that enjoy math and want to expand their skills. We highly recommend Mathnasium and appreciate all they do to make math learning fun!
My daughter is really enjoying Mathnasium and her confidence is definitely improving too. Once we found a good cadence for her that has made a big difference. Additionally she prefers working on the Mathnasium curriculum unless she really needs help with her school work. She enjoys the positive rewards you offer. It's a great system. After six months of attending Mathnasium, our 10-year old son's entire outlook on math in general and math in the classroom has shifted from "unwelcome challenge" to "easy and fun". I marvel at the idea that anyone could change our son's mind about math, make it fun, make it engaging, help him learn complex concepts, and flourish at school -- he literally walks out of Mathnasium skipping down the sidewalk. Kids really enjoy the welcoming ambiance and the open‑floor seating — it keeps them inspired and engaged. We also love that they work on paper instead of digital devices, which helps them stay focused. The staff are both knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, making the experience even better.
The Rockford Mathnasium is a great educational resource. It served my Son well and now my Daughter is taking full advantage of it. It teaches math above and beyond the curriculum of her private school that she attends. My Daughter was a good student with very good grades in math class prior to Mathnasium. After attending Mathnasium her MAPS Scores are even higher. She has developed strong confidence in her math skills and it shows.

Directors and teachers are incredibly positive and flexible. It's a very good "vibe" in the space - when you walk in, most of the kids (my own, but also other children who I have observed) are happy and comfortable and there is a sense of focus while kids are working hard and being tutored, but also congeniality and some fun too.
My kids were apprehensive about going to Mathnasium this summer, but once they started, they really enjoyed it. They are now much more confident in their math skills and appreciate the short and concise lessons and practice. I haven’t heard a single grumble or complaint about going to a Mathnasium session so that should tell you how much they like it! Highly recommend even if your kids already excel in math.

Mathnasium is a wonderful place. The staff is friendly, patient, and extremely resourceful. My daughter struggles in math and does not look forward to doing math. Loda and Mr. Syed were so patient and understanding of her and what she needed during her one on one sessions. I would highly recommend this facility to any parents in search of a math tutor for their child.
We have had a wonderful experience with Mathnasium! They have been extremely helpful and, most importantly, genuinely attentive to my son’s individual needs and goals. Within just one month, they adjusted his curriculum multiple times to make sure he was getting the right level of support and working toward the areas where he needed the most help.
