I am happy way the staff treated me on my bed time. They freeze my membership when I couldn’t go for my classes. As I got settled from my storm problem I started back with my activities. I am still out of my on property. Staff are very pleasant. Overall I am very happy.

Really good gym, good classes and friendly staff.
Only comment would be that the amount of 'kids' in gym is becoming an issue - many friends have said they are considering renewing due to this issue. I feel there needs to be stronger presence in gym to prevent people entering who clearly do not have card/membership. This will make it less packed and people feel aggrieved if people get in for nothing.

Swim membership is great, it's the best £20 per month I spend and for an extra fiver I added the gym to it. Good level of equipment for what I need, early morning swim are ace
It’s my son who uses the pool and gym on a Junior contract. He loves coming and paying the 3 months at a time is great for us as he can just go any day, within the allocated times. He also comes for the inflatable pool session on a Sunday sometimes and pays the extra.

You do need more hand weights and floor mats. There's not always enough for all class members and not enough variety in hand weights meaning bringing own or working at lighter capacity.
Good gym equipment and location
Staff were very helpful with information about membership & induction and the boys enjoyed their induction/gym session - both now having membership following this. Thank you.
Even though the staff is fantastic, the equipment is dated (pool) and the changing rooms need refreshment.

Plenty of changing rooms and lockers, easy parking and lesson always fun... doesn't make it hard everyone goes at own pace.
