Hot towel and shoulder massage - so nice, just too bad it's an additional price.
But...
Personally, I don't like the automatic-massage chair though. I'm oddly proportioned - my legs wanted me to be 4-foot-two, and my spine wanted me to be 7-foot-five. I wound up at 5-foot-10 as a compromise. I need to buy all my shirts and coats in the "tall" size, but all my pants come from the fat kids section. So those massage chairs just hammer on my kidneys while missing the rest of my back which is a bit painful because I have kidney stones rattling around in there; and I also have to slide WAY DOWN until my butt is about to fall off the front of the chair to get my head low enough to use the sink. I imagine it's better for people with normal-length spines. But for "tall people" those chairs are very uncomfortable. In fact, I think next time I'll just ask if we can do the hot towel and shoulder rub in the regular barber chair instead, and skip the sink wash.
Its a good experience. They're serious about what they do. You walk away feeling a bit more confident than when you walked in.

This was my first time ever getting a haircut at Sport Clips and I am very, very happy that I chose to give them a shot. I have had a difficult time trying to find a place in my area that can actually cut my hair the way I like it and at a fair price. Heidi did a wonderful job!! I just found where I will be getting my haircut from now on!!
Service was great, my person was quick cutting my hair ( I have an easy cut) and It turned out very well, One of the better cuts I have had from some of the stylists at your locations

Topsham, Maine location has great, friendly staff! I got greeted by everyone there and they all wished me luck on my interview! Tiffany, who was my stylist, did an excellent job on my hair and my beard. I’m very picky with who cuts my beard so I was definitely impressed on her ability to trim and shape my beard! Definitely recommend!
The person cutting the hair was very friendly. She made sure to ask questions as needed to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She even made suggests on how I could change up the look a little. I would go again there again for someone like her.

Jadah is always friendly and gives a great haircut! Always striving to give customers what they want for a haircut not what they think it should look like.
On top of this, and most importantly, Jadah is very sensitive to client needs even beyond the haircut. I am a disabled veteran and have a lot of issues with external stimuli. I don't mind the tv's and rather enjoy them, but Jadah is sensitive to if it's too noisy in the shop that day and understands when I tell her I'm having difficulty with noise, etc.
I hope that SportsClips makes it an important part of their new/current employee training to be sensitive to the fact that many clients served have varying mental health and cognitive abilities.
Especially since SportsClips honors veterans in many ways, this is just one more way.

Great haircut.
Best hair cut ever! I was nervous being a girl going in there for a haircut. I am your typical girly girl. I had to cancel my regular 6 week appt with my stylist for a graveside service for a dear friend and she couldn’t fit me in for another 4 weeks. I was crushed and desperate for a haircut. I am not going to lie, I did feel a little awkward like the men were wondering why I was invading their space. I am so happy that I took the chance though. The girl that cut my hair was named Brekon. She was very pleasant and she cut my hair exactly how I needed it. I walked out of there so happy. I will be definitely be going back!
