Every stylist seems to enjoy their work and workplace. I've never had a bad experience there!
I like the mobile app that gives you a live wait time, and if you arrive earlier than others who signed in online you cut ahead of them. Wish they had more people working on Sundays when alot of us only have that day off. It's usually a 3 hr wait just after they open. Overall I have been very pleased with haircuts from the waterville maine location as well as others I have visited.

The stylists are very professional and friendly. I always get the MVP treatment. When I go in the separate room for the shampoo and the warm towel is put on my face all my worries and stresses seem to melt away. And the face and neck massage almost puts me to sleep.
I usually have Amber for my stylist. Her strong hands massage my scalp and I wish it could last all day. I always leave a good well deserved tip. Sport Clips always support veterans too.
