I have been enjoying the MVP experience for a long time. But the reason I don't consider any other place is store manager Heidi and her crew. Not only I get a great haircut exactly the way I want each time, but also the crew led by Heidi provides a great atmosphere. The store is always spotless, well stacked,organized and clean.

The stylist Kara, treats and talks with you like a family member. The Bangor location is relaxing shop, all of the stylist are friendly and they all seem to know the products and the style that each regular patron prefers.
We didn’t try any products but our service was great. Our stylist was fantastic! She was really nice and personable. She went out of her way to make my son feel comfortable and ask him what he likes or didn’t like. Very good experience.

I showed the stylist a pic of what I wanted and she nailed it. This is the first time I have ever walked out of any salon/barber shop 100% happy with the cut. I am a harsh critic when it comes to my hair. I will 100% be coming back to her for as long as she is working at this location. Never has anyone done such a great job with my two major cowlicks in the back on my crown. My hair sits just perfect now with them. Thank you so much!
