The app is convenient and easy to use. My information on file makes it easy to get the cut I want. the stylists are always friendly and welcoming. The company clearly has a good culture in place, because I've seen several of the staff consistently all the years I've been a customer. All of them that I've asked have told me that it's a great company and a great place to work. And I'm not a sports guy, so the draw for me is pure product/service. Well done!
