The haircut was the best one yet for my 12 year old. However when charging barber shop prices for a cut I would expect that the hair is at least brushed off from his face and neck. He came over with chunks of hair on his face and hair all over his neck. When mentioned the stylist did take him back to the station to wipe it from him but that’s basic stuff when getting a hair cut anywhere.

Andrea does a good job very professional, but I don’t understand why you have a two hour wait and you only have two people cutting hair. It wasn’t Andrea‘s fault. She was very busy.

Efficient, clean, comfortable, one of my better experiences there. She's the kind of person that makes you go back knowing you'll leave better than when you got there. She knows what she can do. That confidence and proof of skills leads to a request instead of a first available chair.
