Everybody is always friendly and quick to greet you when you enter the store. I usually schedule my time when Savoeun is working, but on those day's that I can't and need to get my hair cut, usually on Sundays, I am confident that I will still get a quality hair cut. The last time I was in Lauren cut my hair, she was great.

I usually just get an undercut but yesterday I walked in wanting to chop it all off. That’s a lot of work and the dresser I got was amazing! We were waiting for hours so we got there at 1:30pm and didn’t get called into the chair until 4:30. Then the haircut itself took over an hour and she still had to do my son after me and she ended up staying like 10 minutes late for us. She was absolutely amazing! I don’t remember her name but she had all the sides of her head shaved with lines in it and the top of her hair in a bun. Extremely nice and executed the hairstyles very well! She usually does my undercut but this time I gave her a challenge and she did spectacular.
Our stylist Amber is awesome! She does great kids and adult cuts, and she has a wonderful personality!

A great overall experience starting with a wonderful app to check on wait status and get in line. Updates and reminders are helpful too. My cut from Bri was what excellent and she interacted throughout the cut to make sure I was happy with the job she was doing.

Jadah was great! I went due to my husband's experience and him telling Jadah about my unruly cowlicks and her saying she loves working with them. I was a little uneasy going in being a woman but once I met Jadah I was at ease. She took a lot of time understanding what I wanted and would cut a little and ask if she should do more. Whe explained what she thought would get the look I was after. It's exactly what I hoped for and I will be back! Your slogan is "it's great to be a guy" but Jadah also made me feel it's great to be a girl!
Oh, and that massaging shampoo chair is the bomb!
As always, I had a friendly greeting from the staff. Service was prompt. I was very pleased with the job that Amber performed on my out-of-control mop.
