The employees are always inviting and firendly and in my experience are truly invested in making sure I get the haircut that I want and feel good with. The wait times are short and the the ability to check in on the app to save time is great as well.

The customer service is awesome. I arrived last night at 5:50 ( closes @6). Brianna took me in with a smile and gave me a great cut. I think she could have easily turned me away but didn't. I would always recommend sports clips any and all people I know because every time there iam never disappointed with people that work at sports clips!!!

Also, Laci was incredible. She got my cut exactly how I wanted it. It's rare to find someone that does it perfect the first time 'cause I'm picky, but she was great!

Amber is absolutely amazing! We choose Sports Clips because of the stylists and Amber is the one my son loves to go to (We love to see her too!). This visit was a little different for my son... it was his first time driving himself there and doing it all on his own (Too many soccer games for my other son). But we know it was no big deal for the staff, I am sure they took great care of him. Thank you Amber! Hope to see you again soon!
My son and I came in as the work day was winding down and Rachael took us in with a great attitude and did a great job cutting our hair. She is extremely personable and kind and we were both happy to have her cut our hair. It was a great experience and we will be back
