Joel was not only competent, professional and neat, but his pleasant personality was calming and he exuded confidence. He explained what he was doing and was very thorough. The serviceman that came and did the work was very, very nice and explained everything he was doing to our furniture and it looked like there was never any damage.
I really like that you guys have all different types of services - repair furniture, replace glass, etc. I also love that you will come to the site to pick everything up and drop off once completed.
