It started with the ease of service. Furniture Medic was recommended to me by my Insurance Company after Christmas day fire. I was afraid that my table was a loss and that I would have to go about the grim task of trying to find something that would never measure up to what I had. As I work over 30 miles form home I was not able to actually ever be present when any of the different contractors were in and out of my house so much of what was done was based on a leap of faith. To that end I spoke with a representative from Furniture Medic and was assured by them that they in fact would be able to repair my table and bring it back to the condition that is was in prior to the accident after assessing the damage. After agreeing to the work a crew came out to my house a 2nd time again while I was at work and picked up my table. Except for the fact that I did not have a table you would never know that anybody had even been there which I very much appreciated as I am meticulously clean and I always worry about foot traffic etc.
About 6 weeks later my table was returned to me and my GOD I think it looks better, or should I say I know it looks better than it did before the fire. It is AMAZING for a table that is over a 100 years old and has now been repaired you would never know it. It is just beautiful and brings back to life my dining room.

The kitchen cabinets that were newly installed had a few manufacturer's niches and installation issues that were majically gone when I returned to my kitchen in a short period.

Prompt, courteous service. They did a wonderful job restoring our new kitchen cabinets finish that was marred with shiny areas in the varnish. Cant even tell that they didn't arrive in perfect condition. Great job by Lynette & Carmen!!
