Scheduling an appointment was easy; I was given a realistic assessment of time required to complete the work; I received a cost estimate in a timely manner; the work is very professional; during the initial pick up and then delivery of my furniture, I was kept apprised of the estimated time of arrival which is an all time first for any sort of service or delivery of appliances, furniture, etc.; all of which have led to a top notch experience.
Everyone on the staff is AWESOME! I have used Furniture Medic to refinish a number of antique and heirloom pieces of furniture. Every piece has been loving restored. There have been no surprize charges or deviations from the price quoted. When they come to pick up a piece they makes sure they know exactly what I want in the finished product.

Professional restoration. Knowledge of products used. Attention to detail by the man working on the wood needing restoration. I likes that there was a lacquer applied over the repair & stain. I don't want wood problems & breakdown to occur again.

I liked the dedication by the staff in trying to insure that my color match and repair was done as close as possible to the original state. They did their work in a professional manner and were very clean in their installation and cleanup. They took their time to do the job right. The color match was almost perfect and that is because of their dedication and workmanship in wanting to do the job right with quality and customer satisfaction in mind.
