My chairs are old and have been through two generations of family. They now look and feel like new. When my husband and I first sat on them we were pleasantly surprised at how solid they felt. The finish is also like new (maybe a little better than new). The office staff were great. The entire experience was terrific. For what it cost to fix six chairs I could have bought only two similar new ones.
