It is a scary proposition to hire someone, sight unseen and quality of work unknown to you. I was instantly put at ease with my very first call to furniture Medic. The voice of an angel answered. She was knowledgeable and took the lead when it was clear that I was having a hard time finding the correct terms and furniture descriptions. After we made an appointment, I needed the patience of a saint!!! I fell ill with a stomach virus and was rushing to the hospital. I was in a quandary, I didn't want to cancel my appointment, nor did I want to expose anyone to a virus. The office facilitated my appointment by allowing a surrogate, ( my neighbor) to stand in for me, in a pinch!
Not only did they do a masterful job of repairing my sofa, accommodating my emergency and charging a more than fair price, but they wowed my neighbor, who is now a happy customer as well!
Very knowledgeable, courteous, and proffessional. Drop clothes were placed everywhere to protect the floors, which says you respect our property! Extremely experienced and skilled. We felt confident our cabinet repair would be done the right way, and it was!
