Technician was very professional. He did a very good job repairing the bed. He was also prompt. However there seem to be problem with the cost of the repair. I was quoted one price over the telephone; when the job was completed a different price was given - much higher. This might be deceptive trade practice. We came to an agreement in the end. I still paid more than expected.

The repair was somewhat involved and it called for Furniture Medic to replace a piece of the chair's bracing and it looks just like the original wood. You can't tell the chair was ever damaged. Great job!

I brought my Queen Ann dining room chairs in for an estimate of the cost to repair them. The joints were loose and they were not safe to sit on. I felt the price was reasonable and they were ready in about 10 days. They even polished my chairs.
