Tom does an awesome job. He is very talented and can make anything look new. Anytime that I have had a problem with a job that was done (reupholstery) the problem was resolved immediately.

Took longer than I had anticipated to repair. Sofa still did not feel as comfortable as I had thought it would be once fixed. Not sure that it was worth spending the money to fix it. Once Frame was rebuilt, it still had a sag in the seating part of it.
We contacted Furniture Medic to see if our kitchen chairs could be recaned. We were able to email photos, discuss the cost for the recaning that would be done and then deliver the chairs to Furniture Medic. The communication via emails and telephone was excellent; when we had to wait a couple of days for a decision about the repair, we were kept informed of any delays. Our chairs were repaired quickly and professionally; we appreciated the outstanding service we received.

I liked everything, from my first contact with the office staff to the timely preparation of a quote to the pickup and delivery. And the refinishing job on my cedar chest is really first rate. That matching leg that had to be fabricated looks like it's always been there--it was matched and finished perfectly to go along with the rest of the chest.
