Great work; Quick and very reasonably priced
As I look at the piece of furniture you repaired, I'm not quite sure the color is right. I think the color is more brown tint than red, and the finish does not feel like the other three pieces that match the dresser. The finish on the dresser is more like a matte finish, not "slick" finish as on the night stands and tall dresser. Would be happy to discuss if someone would like to call. Phone number removed.

The finish on the bed-stand top that you redid could have been a little lighter and higher gloss to better match the rest of the piece and the identical 2nd piece in the room. It still looks very nice and at first glance no would notice the difference but I notice it occasionally

Very easy to set up an appointment. The technician came to my home at the time that they said they would and the repair was completely undetectable.
The workmanship, or I should say craftsmanship is incredible. I had an antique dining room table with 2 of the 4 leg braces missing and they were able to re-create them. I could not tell which were the original and which were the new ones! I have since used them again to fix several dining room chairs, both antique and present day, that I thought I would not be able to use again and they are now like new! I highly recommend their work and I tell everyone I speak to that is looking for any kind of furniture repair to check them out first, they will be happy they did!

Lower the price a bit. Keep customer informed of time frame….my repair took longer than expected with no communication…I had to call to track it.

Attention to detail and quality. The folks I dealt with seemed like they genuinely cared about the outcome of the furniture restoration and were extremely knowledgable about the time period the piece was originally manufactured. Maggi was a pleasure to do business with and her technicians were awesome craftsmen.
Very responsive to phone calls. Also, repair man who came to the house clearly described twhat was wrong with my table. It was not repairable and I appreciated his honesty.
