I represent an Iowa Construction Equipment manufacture as a field sales and service person.

I was able to call and speak with knowledgeable staff that listened to my situation. Upon arrival they directed me to the repair shop. I was unloaded quickly and returned to the parts counter to see if other parts I needed were in stock. As quickly as I rattled off the part numbers, they were able to tell me if they were in stock. If they were not in stock, they worked with me to find suitable alternatives. They were great. Before all this was complete the service department had the hydraulic motor torn down and inspected. They also had replacement information for me knowing I would need a new motor as mine was unrepairable.

I can't say enough about how they went above and beyond. I can only hope my company portrays this same level of customer service to our clients.

Because Hydradyne usually has what we need when we contact them. If they don't have it instock at the DFW location, they can bring it in quickly.

The female that works there went way out of her way to help me find the fittings that I need. I don’t remember her name, but she is the one that has worked there at the counter longest. She was very professional and she knows hydraulic fittings. I know it’s hard to find employees like that anymore.
