I may not be there but once per year and do not know my way around parts/part #, etc.
I walk in, show them my fitting, they go find the parts for me and have me on my way in 5 min.

Hydradyne has been great. I feel like more inside help is needed as it is hard to get a hold of people due to the volume of business they are doing out of this branch. Great service once you get a hold of someone.

I work with several vendors on a weekly basis and timing is everything as if I don't have one part then I can install another. I understand that with the current situations we are dealing with like hotshot trucks or shipping companies not arriving on time due to weather or covid issues sometimes things just happen.

Hydradyne especially Jack Collins and Stephen Long out of Bossier have proven time and time again that when they say they will pick up a part we need or send a quote or deliver parts at the shop on a certain day, it is actually the same day they said and that's great.

Both of them and Hydradyne have proven to be a great asset to have to accomplish the day-to-day quotes/goals and hope it doesn't change as I see using them for the years to come.
