I called and talked to Joey Buhrkuhl about a Northman hydraulic valve we were needing on a breakdown situation for my customer. I am not good with hydraulics but after I was able to give Joey more information about the valve needed, he was able to locate one and it was shipped UPS NDA to the customer. Joey is so knowledgeable about hydraulics that I was able to learn some things. Thank you, Joey.

absolutely would recommend them, odessa location helped out a bunch along with the other location i had called.
ovella kennedy was an amazing help and even held the part for me and got it out the same day i ordered it

I was in need of some hydraulic fittings and not having any prior knowledge I was very surprised at how well I was treated and helped.
The help was smiles and said hello when I walked in for the first time. I felt like I had been shopping there for many years.
I ask them their names so it would be more personal. Chris, Krystle & Bayleigh all had a big part in making my project a success.
I will be back for any future projects.

The girls at the counter were extremely helpful and put good effort into helping me locate the fittings I needed. Although the fittings weren’t in stock, they located them in Houston and ordered them in. These fittings were difficult as my equipment manufacturer is in Germany and everything is metric…

well we only deal with Darla Dickerson in okc and for years she has always taken excellent care of us on whatever we needed, as well as some of the others we have delt with at that location.
