Cat was awesome, and I cannot wait to take her class again! Yoga Sculpt is one of the most challenging and rewarding classes that I regularly take, anywhere. Cat was easy to follow, instructive, supportive, friendly, and fun. I always have a great experience at CP Preston Forest!
