The staff is always friendly every time I visit! The studio is especially clean compared to the other ones I have seen around the States. The manager remembered me by name and welcome me with a smile when I came to practice.

I love the energy of the instructors, and how they are quick to give modifications to fit your yoga experience! And I love a good sweat!
1. A disciplined guide script that enables lower skilled instructors to be effective and promotes consistency in the product across weeks and months.
2. Multiple locations in Dallas which gives me many class and schedule options during the day.
3. Spotless bathrooms and locker areas. I cannot emphasize enough how important this is.
Sculpt class is awesome. It has made a huge difference in how I feel about myself and in muscle tone.

CPY offers a great variety of classes, and I love that classes are offered throughout the day. The facilities are second to none, and I love that the men's locker room is not an afterthought. CPY instructors are encouraging, easy to follow, supportive, instructive, and very fun.
Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable yoga studio ... I particularly enjoyed being able to visit w instructor afterwards, at front counter...
The instructors are great, competent and encouraging. The facilities are clean and nice. The only reason I wouldn't recommend you is that the classes are getting very crowded :)
