However I want to express my concern about the number of good instructors who are leaving Core Power. Too many are leaving!
The policy of waiting until everyone checks in - even if they are late- is not fair to the people who arrive on time. It is very annoying to come to a 6 AM class when you are trying to get to work and the class doesn't start until after six because people are late. It happens repeatedly.
The variety of classes, times offered are convenient, the studio is well outfitted. Lastly, and most importantly I love all the instructors at this location.
To be able to try new yoga classes for free in a week, to see and explore this new place for me was so cool and would recommend.

Peaceful and nourishing but still a tough work out. Skilled talented instructor. I go with my daughter in Dallas when she visits us. She is a nurse in Austin and loves her Core Power. I cycle between HOTWORX and gym bc we live Allen but if Core Power was closer I would go everyday!
