Love this studio, just wish it was closer to my house! Will definitely visit on weekends!

I like the instructors and the number of classes available, but please provide better rental mats. I travel quite a bit and need to rent a mat. As soon as these get wet, they are slick and useless. And mine gets wet with in the first 5 minutes.

Loved the class I took. It was a packed house and everyone was very friendly. I will be back for sure!

Great class and great instructor

I really like each of the instructors that I’ve had. I also like that certain classes at certain times have instructors assigned to that class (barring temporary substitutions.) The studios are very nice , always clean and the locker rooms are well appointed.

I love the instructors especially LaNasha, Carina, Meredith, Morgan and Caryn. I am a loyal 6:00 am attendee and love the experience. They are all phenomenal!

Karen’s sculpt class on Friday was so good. The class is very challenging with clear instructions. Much better than some of the other sculpt classes I have taken.

I love how it feels like a close knit community! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Great workout in a welcoming and comfortable environment

I enjoy all the instructors in the classes I typically attend, and the substitute instructors for the classes I've taken, all are very good. I do enjoy the variety each individual brings to class. The studio is always well outfitted (including the practice studios, and bathrooms) and clean. The retail offerings are also of good quality, good variety and include brands I know and trust.

The very knowledgeable and friendly instructors, the very warm atmosphere, the cleanliness of the space and the yoga community.

The Preston location is a very well run and clean studio. Most of the teachers are experienced, but even the newly trained teachers are very good. You can tell that the teachers take the advancement of their own practice seriously. I love the variety and abundance of classes, which means I can generally find a class to fit into my schedule. Great job, CPY!

Chris J is our favorite yoga instructor. We take his 1.5 CP class as often as we can. Great instructor, he manages all skill levels in the class for a fantastic practice and a great personality.

How welcoming and positive all the instructors are! Even being part of a corporate chain, this location feels like a small local studio in the best way.
