Andi's sculpt is the best I've taken since the pandemic! Staying true to the roots of the format, providing a great physical workout coupled with beat-driven movements so everyone was moving together at the same pace! It's so powerful to have a sculpt class that is true to the format with intentional placement of exercise body part groups, peak cardio halfway through class, and a mindful way of working with weights AND yoga. Can't recommend Andi enough!!!! I wish all teachers stayed true to S1

I appreciate the consistency of my experience at the Preston Forest Location. Debbie does a wonderful job of creating a welcoming space and fostering community, and she is a MASTER of sequencing. Her cues and her sequencing are always so thoughtful, intelligent and creative. I leave her class feeling rejuvenated and in tune with my body.

In the last 2 years I have had very few great instructors, I wish Izzy would be at our location more often.

This studio is great. The classes are challenging and the warmed studio intensifies your workout. I wish they would add a Restore Yoga Class but the other class options are still beneficial. If you want a good workout, this is your studio!! Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel welcome.

The teachers are great especially Caryn and Morgan.

Love it and need it! So upsetting when I get sick and have to miss my classes. It’s my therapy. I feel comfortable in my CPY community. Not to mention I’ve lost 35 lbs since December. My goal was not to miss more than 2 classes a week. All of the instructors are fantastic!

Love the variety and the instructors especially Caryn, David Ri and Adrian. My only issue is that Caryn’s Saturday class at 10:30 appears to be overbooked. She is very popular but it is way too crowded.

Great teachers , good variety of classes and class types

I loved the service, especially the teachers teaching style, she was very profesional. She makes yoga very fun and relaxing. Without a doubt one of the best classes I have ever taken.
