I really enjoy the instructors. I don't really like the heat I can't really stand but I still enjoy it.
I love CorePower and always feel great after attending class. At 55, I am usually the oldest person in the room, but I always feel comfortable taking the class at my own pace, challenging myself but also knowing it's okay to give myself a break (which I sometimes do in a hot sculpt class)! I attend classes in Atlanta, where I visit frequently, and have also taken classes in Chicago, DC, and Santa Monica. Now if I can just convince them to open a studio in Birmingham. AL, I can go every day. :)

Services, instructor was great!
The class instructor was pleasant and concise in her instructions on poses. She was attentive to all participants. The class was challenging but flowed very well and easy to follow.
The instructors are fabulous and I always feel like I get a great workout and get pushed outside my comfort zone (in a good way). Sometimes the classes are way too crowded but most of the time they are comfortable and I especially love the diversity of the students and instructors (a big variety of gender and ethnicity).

I like the fact that the teachers weave intentions and yoga philosophy into the classes. I like that the classes are marked by hands on assists and adjusts. I will say, there are A LOT of new teachers in the Atlanta market. That can make some of the C1 classes feel a little wobbly at times and these newer teachers, for some reason, seem to NOT do a lot of assists and adjusts. When I started at Core Power, that was not really the case, so I wonder if someone brand new and doing a lot of C1 would find it as easy to connect to the practice at Core Power as I found it. I think C1 teachers actually need to be some of the best teachers in the company.
I just got a second home in Atlanta - and came to this location for the first time and loved it. My main home is the Philly location. But I'm so happy to have you guys as my second home.
