The class and the instructier
I love the yoga sculpt class and would really like more variety with similar classes. Once you take that class for a prolonged time, you do want variation, but at the same intensity.

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! I love the studios and the changing room. I enjoyed getting to take classes from so many different teachers with different styles.
The classes - variety - the community, how kinds and welcoming all the instructors are. The hands on assists during class.

First, your staff is knowledgeable, warm and understanding --and encouraging towards those like me who are trying to recover from injuries and recapture the joy and healing yoga once delivered and keep limiting self-talk at bay.
--A clean, well lighted place with lockers and showers that allows you to work out on the way to work, in between or after;
--a range of classes. Today our teacher steered me towards your hot core class as a way to loosen a stiff body, and I'm excited about your body sculpting as I try to rebuild my core and my strength;

It's a great work out in both the sculpt and C2 yoga. All of the instructers were very friendly and lead great classes.

The class was heated, which I love, Kate led the CorePower 2 class was a great Flow sequence. The staff are friendly and the studio is open and inviting with a nice locker room and showers

Very friendly staff and teachers. I was from out of town but impressed by how the instructor called me by name in the class!! I don't get that at my home studio!! I also had a wonderful break through in a pose I've been struggling with for months!! Loved this studio!!!
