Love the classes and they're great! Definitely worth trying the only problem is it's extremely expensive and the women's locker room is small when lots of other people are there! Definitely recommend to a friend!

I like the heated classes. Sometimes it is very humid for the HPF and little hard to complete the class.

I like the variety of music. Sometimes I would enjoy meditation music like nature sounds.

If I have the incorrect pose I would welcome hands on assist to avoid injury.
