I like the atmosphere being a sports fan and the stylists are always very professional and accommodating.
The app tells me the wait and where I am in line with a wait. The stylists are always great and know what I want. The TVs give me the sports to distract me and the MVP experience is why I keep coming.

Your services are very good however I think it is little bit expensive. You should give an option if someone does not want MVP that should lower the hair cut price.
I love being able to check in online and see that my favorite, Sloan, is available that day. It makes it easier to get a haircut amidst the chaos of parenthood. Sloan is awesome. I get an amazing haircut each time and my wife is super happy with how it looks, too.
