No smell from cleaners, just a fresh and clean carpet and tile when the job is completed. So far so good on not seeing any of the stains showing up again. The technician was very professional.

The phone scheduling was easy and with a person who communicated very well, the tech. called both our phone #s prior to his coming, our tech (Kyle?) was very polite, explained everything he would do, didn't seem phased by our old/dirty carpet, made a huge difference with his work, and was courteous regarding our animals. Couldn't ask for better. Would definitely refer/recommend.
