He went above and beyond to solve the stain issues. He didn't charge me extra for the treatment that would have normally cost extra. He took the time and got the stains out. I was referred to Zerorez by my daughter In Law and I was a little hesitant but the after revealing difference from other products I had used in the past, was so amazing and satisfying. The carpets were so soft and great to walk on after they were cleaned. Knowing the heavy traffic my carpets are put through they still felt like new, I was so pleased with the work that was put into them. Tech went beyond his call of duty to make sure I was pleased. The only thing I had problems with was how trumped up my laminate floor got. He dried the wet spots but my cleaning service had just mopped the laminate floors and it was really messy when he left. Those little paper shoes did nothing but made it worse. Zerorez this is something you need to correct because the tech is not at fault here. He seem to have followed the protocol.

I couldn't believe the differences in my floors after your cleaning. It's like they are brand new again! Darwin was great.
