Easy to check in and book. I always take Sydney’s classes - her tone and energy make the classes even better. Workouts themselves are challenging and I appreciate the different variations so everyone can push themselves at their own pace

Love the workout - I still feel it two days later! I love the new track lights too, I haven't been in a while and they were a nice addition. Also love having the fans on so I don't need to shower right after, I can continue on with my day.

Instructors are knowledgeable, they correct form, guidance during class is easy to follow, and the reformer is better equipped and more comfortable than other Pilates studios.

I love it all, the studio, the instructors, the results! The only thing is the cost, I wish I could afford to come more.
Loved the class and instructor! I do wish she had learned my name in the start. She called me the wrong name in front of the class and I didn’t want to be rude and correct her! Everyone made me feel very welcome though and I was so sore in a good way! Excellent class!
