Amount of classes
The class I took was fun and uplifting. It was a positive atmosphere that was motivating and engaging. I have never taken a class like this before, but I definitely recommend and would encourage others to try it. I will 100% be returning.
It is the class itself and what it has to offer
I like the mix HIIT technique bag work and sparring. Every class is different and helps you level up. The environment and coaches are inclusive of all fitness and skill level which is super important when you’re getting started or feeling stuck learning something new

I have been going to Lagree since 2013, but took a break due to COVID.
I am thrilled to be back in Leslieville and I am so happy to attend classes with Kate. She is a skilled instructor and really cares about her teachings and clients. I have also experienced other great instructors at Lagree (Sydney, Arielle, Taylor, Katie), and look forward to more classes with everyone.

Sydney and Jeffrey are my favourite teachers. They both always challenge me and have made me much stronger. Every day is a different class and they both push me by giving advanced options. Love this place. Five stars!

I did take a class led by Arielle a few weeks ago and I found her instruction to be frustrating which I’ve never felt before at Lagree. Her motivation seemed a bit insincere and over the top and transitions were quite choppy. I could tell the other girls taking the class were a bit frustrated as well. Unfortunately, I won’t be taking her classes anymore.
