Sydney is my favorite instructor! Her classes are easy to follow, have good flow and suitable for all levels. Instructions are always clear and she provides weight options for each exercise so that everyone feels challenged at their own level. s

I really love all the instructors at Studio Lagree! It's an awesome studio.
At times, I do get a bit frustrated with some instructors who only prioritize the "hard" moves (air quotes because nothing is easy in Lagree), which can be really demoralizing if you cannot do the moves without modification. For example, some instructors will do a sequence like - giant reverse plank to pike, then walk down hands to pegs and do the same, then walk hands to the floor and do the same. Giant reverse plank to pike is hard for me, much less on pegs / floor, and in this case, you can get stuck doing reverse crunches for several minutes as that's the only modification offered. There are a few instructors that don't do this (Hannah and Jill come to mind!) but I wish the other teachers would design classes that are truly accessible to all levels versus proving how advanced they can make the classes.
Classes are great, nothing works my core as hard as lagree!
Katrina was an attentive and fabulous teacher! The class was killer and I left feeling great. The studio was clean and the music was on point.
