Great classes! Keelin rocks.. her class is hard but she explains things in a way that you can understand what to do and she says how to make little tweeks that really make a difference in the moves. I was sore for like a week after her class after taking a couple months off to focus on more cardio workouts. Studio is always clean. I highly recommend Studio Lagree to others that are looking for a good strengthening and great ab workout!
