The instructor was awesome (Kaila)...she really helped me feel comfortable during the class since I was new to everything and nervous. I liked the pace and modifications. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been to classes all over the city and this one was by far the most challenging. I felt as though I hit a plateau last year with a competitors class that I have been attending consistently for a year. Hopefully this harder class will help me get the results I would like to see. Will be back again, thank you!
The workout is like no other, your muscles are shaking even after you’re done
Always get a good work out. Instructors push you hard and encourage you but you can still go your own pace.
The one drawback is the price.
