Great workout. Could have more instruction and feedback to technique especially when you are new or modifications. Also can sometimes feel intimidated and not the most body inclusive environment. But overall good workout.

Best workout and instructors ever
Danny is a great instructor. Hard, but great!! I rated studio a 9 because maybe I’m dumb, but I couldn’t figure out I had to push the buzzer thing to get into class. I also walked passed the door twice because I didn’t see a sign outside (it was on the door)
