So far all the instructors are very supportive and encourage students to do their best. I did not feel intimidated even though this is my first attempt at yoga and I have long ways to go. I like your studio because every one is made comfortable and instructors always remind that each individual's ability is different and each day for same person is different.

Everything!! The practice itself mainly...but the instructors are all just wonderful. From the moment I walk in the door until the time I walk out, I'm always glad I came. The facilities are clean and within 2 miles of my house. Bonus!
