I love Gavin, Michelle, Suzanne, and Erica's . France's an Yvonne class. I have brought a couple of friends to the class and I find that it's difficult for them just to try one class because it takes about five classes to get used to the heat. I would definitely recommend this yoga studio to anybody it's clean and the people are nice. There are a couple of teachers that I find very hard to relax in class. They talk the entire time ( not like Gavin talk) but constantly shout out instructions. after a long day at work the last thing I want to hear is somebody shouting instructions at me. So that makes me not able to come to some of the 730 classes. I look forward to attending class whenever I can I think it's a great place

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Your teachers are well trained and I like the fact that the instructors are often taking the classes. The studio in clean and well maintained.

I love the effects of this yoga practice. The studio appears to be well run and clean and while the practice is scripted each of the teachers seems to have a unique presentation that brings a little variety to it.

There is a passion for the practice conveyed by all the instructors in the studio. It is clear that they are invested in the safety and success of the students. There is a sense of community amongst the people that practice there. These two things in addition to the tremendous benefits that I personally derive from the practice on multiple levels including physical,mental and even spiritual are why I recommend the studio and practice.
