It is a relaxing place, but lately the etiquette is not relaxing. Cell phones ringing in the yoga room and talking in the yoga room. Strong fragrances/ perfume - hard to breath if you are sensitive to perfumes. Many studios ask you to wash it off as part of their etiquette. The room starts out hot and humid and then they keep turning down the thermostat every few minutes in some of the classes until there is a very cold breeze and it dries off your sweat for the rest of the class.
Versatility, convenience, up to date, love all the instructors! Love feeling the results during and after.
Great people, awesome workout. Love the way they make you feel like family the very first time.
