The people and staff are very helpful and friendly. They continuously go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The practice is very challenging, but fulfilling. As a student we are able go at our own risk. The teachers encourage us to expand and take each position to the next level, (always explaining the proper method) but there is no pressure. I like the different personalities of each teacher and their methods of teaching (everyone has a different approach and style to their class, which mixes up the workout). The studio is very inviting and has a good clean look when walking in. Which gives a great first impression.

I love BY and troy is a nicer environment than others I visit around the country. I can share that Troy tends to be a bit hotter/high humidity than other places I visit so its nice to have a cooler side of the room! The class times are also convenient. The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. I do recommend putting up signs re: 2 minute shower limit. I see this in other studios and it helps. Thanks
The studio focuses on the practice of yoga (not the social scene of yoga) Its very authentic and respectful. i also love the cleanliness. Staff is welcoming and knowledgable.
