The facility that I attended in Farmington Hills was not only clean but very welcoming. As someone with many health problems I get nervous about working out, but the trainers have been very encouraging for me to do my best and get me excited about my own progress.
After week one I noticed an immediate improvement to my lower back and limbs where I have been healing several injuries. I have more energy and drive than ever. Super excited to have my friends come with me, and they are excited about this as well! Thank you, Detroit Bikram!
