Your crew tries to please the customer. Service Master doesn't do the type of cleaning that is done scubbing on your hands and knees but you do maintain the cleanliness in our offices. I also like the fact that we are not binded by a contract with Service Masters, which other cleaning services REQUIRE to get our buisness.
Lines of communication could be better and your products could be better
When I am not involved in the management of person cleaning my branch. I like a reliable person that does what it takes to keep my branch clean and presentable. Keeps me informed of when services were not done because of a particular circumstance which she could not prevent.

It all depends who comes to clean which makes a difference in their performance of how well things are getting cleaned.
Supervisor always stays on top of cleaning quality and thoroughness.
The cleaning associate is a very friendly person. She will respond to our requests in a very professional and expediate way. Does a great job!
Fast response for unexpected incidents. Being able to call Larry and actually speak to him.
Better communication. In the past I have called the supervisor for the floor maintenance a few times and I never receive a call back. I am still waiting on an answer about our floor maintenance schedule that I called about 7 to 10 days ago.
Have to constantly remind about dusting on dark ledges
