Our existing ServiceMaster Associate is a very reliable individual and does provide us with excellent service.
They always do a great job. They never let us down.

Attention to detail not doing enough thorough cleaning just passing thru the terminal is all I see. My employees are stating that this place is nasty and not clean at all.
When we had the same person every week the work seemed to be at a higher level. With other personnel that is new showing up and not following protocols established by SM and STAT, their is a disconnect on filling out the paperwork properly and securment of offices. This usually results in not cleaning all areas as expected, not putting trash liners back in garbage cans and not filling paper towel dispensers. I will say when I do call management, they make every effort to correct, but it does get tiresome to keep calling management over routine missed items and is also usually not a high priority to contact them and sometimes forgotten. I guess we as customers expect more from service companies than we should. Employees (mine also) today seem to not take as much pride in work accomplishments as they should.

I don't find your staff does a good job cleaning; especially given the cost of your services. Some days I can't even tell if they came or not.
Make sure all kitchen surfaces are completely clean.
