Strong supervision and follow up, dependable
The person cleaning our office is very friendly and cleans very well.
I'm very impressed with how clean the restrooms are. I never have to get after them for toilet bowl rings, etc. Crew actually seems motivated to do what they are supposed to do.
Everything gets done like it suppose to every time. There is a perfect level of communication.

The night crew language barrier. Not many of our night crew can speak English very well. Makes communicating special needs difficult.
Salvador Cervantes has gone above and beyond his duty to make sure that we are very well taken care and from every phone call that I have had to call him on he has been right there making sure things are done right
